After you've reached out and we've discussed your project we'll provide an initial estimate. Upon retainer we begin contacting the proper builders, landscapers, and custom furniture dealers to help your vision come to life.

We primarily conduct business within Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts. However, we are more than happy to help you plan and design your favorite summer home near and far.

Because we pride ourselves on creating unique, custom home designs there is no set cost. All projects are treated differently. There are simply too many different factors to consider, but rest assured we will keep you informed through the entirety of the project to make sure you're happy with our service.

Over the years we have cultivated a multitude of resources to help complete your vision. We have direct access to trades-only vendors who are available to assist with anything from heavy machinery to furniture shopping.
